Please fill out the ticket refund request below in order to start the ticket refund process. Once your refund has been processed it can take anywhere from 2-10 days to post to your bank account.

To get a full refund you need to either call or request a refund at least ONE HOUR before your tour time. You are not eligible for a refund if we do not receive proper notice.
